Every order is carefully packed by hand before making its way to you. Here’s everything you need to know about processing, shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During launches, promotions, holidays or particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll keep you updated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship across Australia.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: approximately 2–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not when your order is placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details, where tracking is available.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

Please Check Your Address

Please carefully check your shipping details before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@poliquenails.com and we’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

If your order has been shipped to the wrong address due to the delivery details being incorrect when checking out, the additional cost of reshipping your order to the right address will have to be charged.
